QUOTING MILLER: “Out for much of the spring with injury, Emma took the time and really blossomed into a stronger leader. We are elated she is back in full health and is again on of our captains. We will rely on her on and off the field to bring this team along.”

CAREER: Has appeared in 40 total contests after sitting part of 2015 with injury … recorded a career-high 81 minutes against Boston College (Sept. 25, 2014).

2016: Played in 15 games, starting once against Kansas…Recorded two total shots on the season… Logged a season-high 54 minutes against Notre Dame (Sept. 25) and recorded one shot attempt.

2015: Played her first and only game at home against No.1 Virginia (Oct. 31)...Returned to action at Florida State (Oct. 3) after missing seven games to injury...Named as one of three team captains for the year.
