2005: Christa Hunter earned 50 starts in 51 games...was a force at the plate with a team-leading 29 RBIs and five home runs...recorded a .280 batting average for third-best on the squad...led the team with a .414 on base percentage and a .470 slugging percentage ...went 2-2, scored two runs, chipped in a RBI and tallied a homer against Iowa State ... posted a 3.83 era in 155.1 innings last season...allowed 106 runs off 186 hits ... recorded 56 strikeouts.

2004: Hunter supplied a good amount of power to the Panthers' lineup with a team-high four home runs and 23 RBIs in 45 games...hit .262 to rank second on the team and was third in extra-base hits with nine...drew 15 walks to rank among the team leaders and her .421 slugging percentage ranked first...also made four relief appearances on the mound for the Panthers, holding opponents to a .182 batting average in six innings of work...had two four-game hitting streaks, going 5-for-8 with three home runs, four runs and seven RBIs from April 6-10...had four multi-hit and four multi-RBI games and made five starts at third base in addition to 33 starts as the designated player.

2003: Hunter made an immediate impact for the Panthers, playing as an outfielder, a pitcher and a designated player...pitched 7.2 innings and appeared in a total of 37 games...registered 16 hits, four doubles, one triple and her first career home run against Robert Morris (3/19)...also drew seven walks and posted a .357 slugging percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL: Hunter helped lead Hiram Johnson West High School to four playoff berths and three league championships...a four-year letterwinner...batted .497 for her career and held a 0.57 career earned run average on the mound...a four-time all-league first team selection...also named to the all-area team four times...top five in the area in batting average and RBIs in all four seasons...two-time league MVP and outstanding pitcher...voted by her team as most valuable pitcher, offensive player of the year, and MVP...she was also given the Attitude Belief Commitment Award...played summer ball for the California Breeze, which competed in ASA Nationals six times...also earned two letters in volleyball...an honor roll student and student body official.
