2012-13: Started off her career at Pitt by posting a time of 11:39.80 in the women's 3,000M run at the Tiffin Carnival...placed 10th in the women's 3,000M run blue division with a time of 11:17.89 at the Akron Invitational.

High School: Helped lead Corry High School's team to an undefeated dual meet record in 2010 and regional title in cross country...earned first team all-region for cross country and second team all-region for track...seven-time state qualifier in ski racing...served as president for the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born on June 23, 1994...daughter of Randy and Shelly Owens...has one older brother, Cory...enrolled in the School of Arts and Sciences and plans to major in physical therapy.
