As a Junior (1999): Lisa Riggle appeared in six matches, while starting five for Pittsburgh as a junior...averaged 12.62 assists and 1.54 digs per game...has 1,083 career assists to rank her fifth in Pittsburgh's record book...helped the Panthers to their first win of the season, a 3-2 victory over Kent (Sept. 1)...recorded a season-high 37 assists and six digs in the match...almost broke her season-high with 36 assists in a 3-0 win over Radford (Sept. 11) in the Pittsburgh Classic...also set a new career-high mark in the match with three block assists...sank a season-high two aces versus Wyoming (Sept. 19) to tie her career high...added 25 assists and five digs in the match...made seven attempts against Kent to tie a career high. As a Sophomore (1998): Riggle stepped into a starting role at setter during her sophomore campaign and contributed significantly...averaged a team-high 13.49 assists per game (688 total)...saw action in 19 matches and 51 games...set a new career mark in assists with 68 in Pittsburgh's Oct. 31 win over West Virginia...also added nine digs and two blocks in the match...averaged 0.33 aces and 2.08 digs per game in matches overall...in conference play, Riggle averaged 2.14 digs...her 12.52 assists per game in Big East play ranked her fourth among conference leaders...had a career-high 14 digs versus Providence Nov. 8...had four double-double performances for assists and digs...currently ranks fifth in the Pittsburgh annals with 919 career assists. As a Freshman (1997): Riggle played in 18 of 28 matches her freshman year for Pittsburgh...jumped into the Pittsburgh record book with 231 assists as a freshman...in 47 appearances Riggle contributed 53 digs....in her first game as a Panther against Ball State at the Wisconsin Inntowner Invitational she registered 66 assists, two kills, one ace, seven digs and three blocks in 2 games. High School: Riggle was twice named All-State in Wyoming and All-Conference at Campbell County High School...was named to Volleyball Monthly's Fab 50 list in 1996...lettered four times for Coach Sheryl Levi...is affiliated with the Northeast Wyoming Juniors club team...was also a two-time letter winner in basketball.
