PITTSBURGH—Coming off two conference wins, Pitt’s women’s volleyball team sets to host Youngstown State on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m., at Fitzgerald Field House.

The Panthers (12-8, 5-1 Big East) return home after earning victories over DePaul (3-2) and Notre Dame (3-1). During the weekend, Pitt extended it blocking advantage over its opponents to 194.5-139.5. Individually, senior Jessica Moses (North Olmstead, Ohio/Lutheran West) leads the team with 84 blocks, including 74 block assists.

Named Big East Player of the Week, senior Kelly Campbell (Mansfield, Ohio/Mansfield/Pacific) recorded a season-high 22 kills and 10 digs in the match against the Fighting Irish. Junior Meagan Dooley (West Chester, Ohio/Lakota West) led the squad with six blocks in that contest.

Youngstown State (9-9, 2-6 Horizon) is coming off a 3-1 win over Green Bay. In the victory, Laurie Shives led the Penguins with a team-high 18 digs and three aces. Pitt leads Youngstown, 13-1, in the series.
