MILWAUKEE - Junior middle blocker Monica Wignot was named a Second Team All-Big East performer, as announced by league officials on Thursday night at the Big East Tournament Award Banquet in Milwaukee, Wis.
During conference play, Wignot ranked third in the league in aces per set (0.37) and was eighth in blocks per set (1.07). She tallied 134 of her 219 total kills during conference action, and 61 of her 80 total blocks.
