PROVIDENCE, R.I.—Pitt senior Kelly Campbell earned Big East honor roll accolades, as the women’s volleyball team closed out its regular season with a split in league play over the weekend.

Campbell (Mansfield, Ohio/Mansfield/Pacific) tallied three aces for the Panthers and collected a double-double with match highs of 16 kills and 12 digs against Syracuse. The next day, Campbell recorded nine kills and six digs in the three-set victory over Marquette.

On the year, Campbell leads the team with 402 kills and 26 aces.

The Panthers garnered the seventh seed in the upcoming Big East Championship, and play second-seeded Cincinnati at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21. The conference tournament will be held at Fitzgerald Field House, starting Friday at 10 a.m.
