GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
Fans are responsible for updating their addresses with the Panthers Ticket Office. Please submit changes in writing on your application, in a separate letter, online by clicking 'Manage My Account' above, or by emailing email@example.com. Please make changes prior to June 20, 2015.
DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS:
Season tickets can be picked up at the Panthers Ticket Office located in the lobby of the Petersen Events Center from 8:30-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12 and Wednesday, August 13. Season tickets which have not been picked up will be mailed on Thursday, August 14 via UPS ground delivery. Home single game tickets, including mini packages, will be mailed in conjunction with season tickets.
All fans must have a ticket to enter Heinz Field. Children younger than 1 do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap. Children 1 year of age or older are required to have a ticket.
Refunds or exchanges are not granted unless an order is not filled through no fault of the purchaser. Note that, for example, refunds may not be made due to a game time or date change.
Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available at all levels of Heinz Field, and fans with disabilities have an equal opportunity to purchase tickets for accessible seating.
