2014 FOOTBALL SEASON PARKING
Advance sale of parking for Pitt 2014 home football games is located on the North Shore within a short distance of Heinz Field and is available on a season basis only. Parking permits for the 2014 football season are $105. Panther fans wishing to purchase football season parking must be Pitt 2014 football season ticket holders. If you wish to purchase new or additional parking, please note this on your application. The Panthers Ticket Office re-assigns football parking every year. The number of season surface parking permits available to you, if any, will be determined based on your fiscal year 2014 Panther Club membership level, as of June 20, 2014. For Panther Club members, timely requests for parking permits will be considered and parking assigned based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2014. After such requests from Panther Club members have been considered and parking assigned, timely requests from non-members who purchased Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season will be considered and parking assigned by order date. Then, after such requests from non-members who purchased Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season have been considered and parking assigned, timely requests from non-members who did not purchase Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season will be considered and parking assigned by order date. Please also keep in mind that your applicable Panther Club donation must satisfy the per-pass donation required for each lot but does not guarantee a parking permit in that lot.

Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be processed after a purchase has been made. Season parking permits in surface lots are expected to be sold out for the 2014 season and will be mailed to all season ticket holders by mid-August 2014.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SURFACE PERMITS
Due to continuing developments on the North Shore and in order to accommodate as many fans as possible, surface parking permits for the 2014 season will be limited based on fiscal year 2014 Panther Club membership level, as of June 20, 2014. The maximum number of season surface lot parking permits available, by Panther Club membership level is as follows:

Blue ($750-$1,499) 1
Victory ($300-$749) 1
Panther ($100-$299) 1

Note that the stated number of maximum surface permits does not guarantee that you will actually be assigned any particular number of surface permits, as parking will be assigned based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2014.

ADDITIONAL PERMITS
Requests by Panther Club members for additional permits (above the maximum surface spaces based on your Membership Level) will automatically be assigned in the best available garage, based on your June 20, 2014 Panther Club priority point rank. If you prefer your additional permits to be assigned in the garage closest to your surface lot, please submit a request, as described in the answer to Frequently Asked Question "How can I request a specific lot?" located to the right, and we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate you. The Panthers Ticket Office reserves the right to limit the number of additional permits per purchase, in its discretion.

WHERE WILL I PARK THIS YEAR?
The Panthers Ticket Office and Panther Club re-assigns the location of football parking passes every year. Timely requests for season parking permits will be considered and assigned in the following order:

  1. Panther Club members, based on June 20, 2014 Panther Club priority point rank.
  2. Non-members who purchased Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season, after Panther Club members have been considered and assigned, by Order date.
  3. Non-members who did not purchase Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season, after non-members who did purchase Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season have been considered and assigned, by Order date.

In addition, each purchaser must meet the minimum annual donation* per pass, as shown below, to qualify for a parking permit in a particular lot. Please note that meeting the minimum donation per pass does not guarantee a spot in that lot. Parking is then assigned to Panther Club members based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2014. Parking assignments are not guaranteed to be in the same lot from year-to-year and may change annually based on availability and member priority points.

Panther Club members with less than 111 points, and non-members who purchased Pitt football season tickets for the 2013 football season that order before March 10, 2014.

ORDER OF LOT ASSIGNMENTS
The chart below illustrates the assignment order for 2014 Pitt football season parking and the estimated Panther Club Priority Points needed for each lot.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE 2014 SEASON PARKING?
Purchasing a season parking pass guarantees you parking on the North Shore for all of the Panthers home games. The parking will be located on the North Shore and within a short distance of Heinz Field. Parking in stadium lots is all sold on a season basis. Single game parking will likely be Downtown or further away.

SHOULD I SUBMIT A REQUEST EACH YEAR?
Yes, any parking requests (specific lots, group parking, accessible parking) need to be made each year. You can do so by writing on your paper ticket application, in the space provided on the online renewal webpage, by mailing a separate letter to the Panthers Ticket Office (which must be received no later than June 20, 2014), or by calling the Panthers Ticket Office prior to June 20, 2014. Requests do not carry over from year-to-year.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC LOT?
All parking is re-assigned each year. If you prefer a certain lot or area, we encourage you to make a request each year with the Panthers Ticket Office - and we will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate you. You may do so by writing on your paper ticket application, in the space provided on the online renewal webpage, by mailing a separate letter to the Panthers Ticket Office (which must be received no later than June 20, 2014), or by calling the Panthers Ticket Office prior to June 20, 2014. It is also encouraged that you list more than one preference, in case of unavailability. Please note, all eligibility and processing requirements apply.

HOW CAN MY FRIENDS AND I PARK AS A GROUP?
In order to have your parking assigned in a group, we ask that all requests are coordinated together - and we will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate you. Each person in your group should include the following information when making the request (which may be made as described in the answer to Frequently Asked Question "How can I request a specific lot?"):

1.) Name (that is listed on application) for each person in the group
2.) Customer Number for each person in the group (located on the top left of your Football Ticket Application)
3.) Any parking lot requests

Please remember that group parking is assigned based on the average Panther Club priority point total of the group. This is calculated by adding the Panther Club Priority Point total of all members of the group, and then dividing by the total number of members in the group. All group members must individually qualify under the applicable per pass donation requirements for the assigned lot. Requests for group parking from non-members will be considered and assigned, after Panther Club members have been considered and assigned, using an average order date for the group. Please note: To the extent parking is assigned on a group basis, it will only result in each member of the group receiving a season parking pass for the same lot/garage as other members of the group. It does not ensure that members of the group will be able to park in adjacent or contiguous, or in any particular, parking space or spaces within the assigned lot/garage.

IF I MEET THE MINIMUM PER PASS DONATION REQUIREMENT FOR A LOT, DOES THAT GUARANTEE ME A PASS IN THAT LOT?
No, all parking is assigned to Panther Club members by Panther Club priority point rank. Meeting the minimum donation requirement, alone, does not guarantee you a permit for a lot.

WHEN IS MY DONATION DUE TO SATISFY MY PER PASS DONATION?
All donations to the Panther Club must be made by June 20, 2014.

HOW DO I MAXIMIZE PANTHER CLUB PRIORITY POINTS?
Panther Club priority point ranks are calculated twice a year, and the June 20, 2014 date will be used to assign 2014 football season parking. All gifts should be made to the Panther Club Athletic Scholarship Fund before this date.

If you are looking to increase your Panther Club Priority Points, you may consider making an additional gift to the Panther Club (1 point per $50). To make a gift, please contact the Panther Club at 412-648-8889 or log into your online account at www.pittsburghpanthers.com/myaccount.

WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS IF I DO NOT PURCHASE A SEASON PARKING PASS?
If you choose not to purchase a season parking pass with the Panthers, you may wish to consider one of the following options:

1.) Rivers Casino
2.) Station Square/ Gateway Clipper Fleet
3.) PPG Public Parking
4.) Using the Port Authority/North Shore Connector
