All tickets, seating, and parking, is subject to availability.

2015 FOOTBALL SEASON PARKING
Advance sale of parking for Pitt 2015 home football games is located on the North Shore within a short distance of Heinz Field and is available only on a season or a three game mini package basis. 2015 football season parking permits are $120 and 2015 three game mini package parking permits are $60. Panther fans wishing to purchase football parking must be Pitt 2015 football season ticket or mini package holders. Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be processed after a purchase has been made. Season parking permits in surface lots are expected to be sold out for the 2015 season and will be mailed to all season ticket holders by mid-August 2015.

2015 FOOTBALL SEASON PARKING RENEWALS
Customers that purchased season parking for the 2014 football season are able to renew their season parking location for the 2015 season, provided they do so prior to March 18, 2015 and meet the donation requirements detailed herein by June 20, 2015.

2015 FOOTBALL SEASON PARKING NEW PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase new parking permits, please contact the Panthers Ticket Office. Any parking location that was not sold on a season basis for the 2014 season is available for purchase. New parking permits will be assigned to the best available parking location at the time of purchase. Please note the only parking not sold on a season basis in 2014 was in North Blue Canal and Blue 10 Garage.

2015 FOOTBALL SEASON PARKING LOCATION CHANGES
Customers that are interested in changing their parking location are able to do so by contacting the Panthers Ticket Office. If the location a customer is interested in moving to was not sold on a season basis for the 2014 season and has not yet been sold for the 2015 season, he/she will be able to move to that location immediately. If the location was sold for the 2014 season or has already been sold for the 2015 season, he/she is able to submit a request with the Panthers Ticket Office to change his/her parking location. After the June 20, 2015 Panther Club donation due date, all parking locations that were sold for the 2014 season but not yet for the 2015 season will be made available to the customers who submitted a request to change their location. For Panther Club members, timely requests for parking location changes will be considered and parking assigned based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2015. After such requests from Panther Club members have been considered and parking assigned, timely requests from non-members who purchased Pitt football season tickets for the 2014 football season will be considered and parking assigned by order date. Then, after such requests from non-members who purchased Pitt football season tickets for the 2014 football season have been considered and parking assigned, timely requests from non-members who did not purchase Pitt football season tickets for the 2014 football season will be considered and parking assigned by order date.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SURFACE PERMITS
Due to continuing developments on the North Shore and in order to accommodate as many fans as possible, surface parking permits for the 2015 season will be limited based on fiscal year 2015 Panther Club membership level, as of June 20, 2015. The maximum number of season surface lot parking permits available, by Panther Club membership level is as follows:

Note that the stated number of maximum surface permits does not guarantee that you will actually be assigned any particular number of surface permits.

ADDITIONAL PERMITS
Additional parking permits purchased by Panther Club members (above the maximum surface spaces based on your Membership Level) will automatically be assigned in the best available garage at the time of purchase. The Panthers Ticket Office reserves the right to limit the number of additional permits per purchase, in its discretion.

PER PERMIT DONATION REQUIREMENTS
The chart below illustrates the 2015 per permit donation requirements for each parking location. A Panther Club member would have to meet the minimum annual donation (per permit) to be assigned a permit in a given lot.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Season ticket holders in need of accessible parking on a season basis are required to provide proof of need annually for accessible parking (for example, a copy of a state issued placard). Those in need of accessible parking will have the same opportunities as those that do not require accessible parking to renew their parking locations and to purchase new parking as described above. DESIGNATED DROP-OFF AREAS
There are two accessible drop-off areas for your convenience: the intersection of Art Rooney Avenue and Reedsdale Street at the northeast corner by Gate B, and off North Shore Drive at the southwest corner, directly across from the Carnegie Science Center.

GATEWAY CLIPPER SHUTTLE SERVICES
The Gateway Clipper offers a shuttle service from Station Square to Heinz Field. For schedule, rates, and additional information please call 412-355-7980.

BUS & MOTOR HOME PARKING
There is limited bus or motor home parking for the 2015 football season. Information is available by calling PPG Public Parking at 412-231-5746.

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION

ADDRESS CHANGE:
Fans are responsible for updating their addresses with the Panthers Ticket Office. Please submit changes in writing on your application, in a separate letter, online by clicking 'Manage My Account' above, or by emailing tickets@athletics.pitt.edu. Please make changes prior to June 20, 2015.

MAILING OF TICKETS:
Season tickets will be mailed near the middle of August 2015, via UPS ground delivery. Home single game tickets, including mini packages, will be mailed in conjunction with season tickets.

ADMISSION POLICY:
Children younger than 1 do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap. Children 1 year of age or older are required to have a ticket.

REFUNDS:
Refunds or exchanges are not granted unless an order is not filled through no fault of the purchaser. Note that, for example, refunds may not be made due to a game time or date change.

DISABILITY INFORMATION:
Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available at all levels of Heinz Field, and fans with disabilities have an equal opportunity to purchase tickets for accessible seating. HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO MY PARKING ASSIGNMENT?

HOW CAN MY FRIENDS AND I PARK AS A GROUP?
If you are interested in parking with your friends, please contact the Panthers Ticket Office.

IF I MEET THE MINIMUM PER PASS DONATION REQUIREMENT FOR A LOT, DOES THAT GUARANTEE ME A PASS IN THAT LOT?
No, meeting the minimum donation requirement, alone, does not guarantee you a permit for a lot.

WHEN IS MY DONATION DUE TO SATISFY MY PER PASS DONATION?
All donations to the Panther Club must be made by June 20, 2015.

HOW DO I MAXIMIZE PANTHER CLUB PRIORITY POINTS?
Panther Club priority point ranks are calculated twice a year, and the June 20, 2015 date will be used to assign requests for changes to your 201football season parking. All gifts should be made to the Panther Club Athletic Scholarship Fund before this date.

If you are looking to increase your Panther Club Priority Points, you may consider making an additional gift to the Panther Club (1 point per $50). To make a gift, please contact the Panther Club at 412-648-8889 or log into your online account at www.pittsburghpanthers.com/myaccount.

WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS IF I DO NOT PURCHASE A SEASON PARKING PASS?
If you choose not to purchase a season parking pass with the Panthers, you may wish to consider one of the following options:
