RENEWALS
Deadline for Renewals: Football season ticket renewals are due by Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Renew your tickets online and save $10.

RENEWING ONLINE
Most season ticket holders may renew their tickets online, and are encouraged to do so. Renewing online is quick and easy with just a few simple steps:

If this is the FIRST TIME you are renewing online:

  1. Click "RENEW SEASON TICKETS." (right column)
  2. Select "REGISTER NOW" and enter your customer number and personal identification number (PIN) (located above your address on your renewal form)
  3. Complete the account registration page. You will now be able to view your 2015 Football Season Ticket Application.
  4. Click on 2015 Football Season Ticket Application and continue through the online process as prompted.

If you have PREVIOUSLY renewed online:

  1. Click "RENEW SEASON TICKETS." (right column)
  2. Enter your customer number (located above your address on your renewal form)
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click on 2015 Football Season Ticket Application and continue through the online process as prompted.

NEW CUSTOMERS
Click the 'Purchase New Tickets' button on the right column and fill out the form. Once submitted, a member of the Panthers Ticket Office will be in touch with you the week of January 5, 2015.

HELPFUL ONLINE RENEWAL HINTS
If you have renewed online before, your online account is already linked to our system, so you DO NOT need your pin.

If you forgot your password, please try our "Forgot Password" option online. Your password will automatically be sent to your e-mail address that is linked to your online account. If you still need assistance, contact the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-PITT (7488).

If you have changed e-mail addresses, the system will still recognize your old e-mail address until you change it online. Once you log in with your old e-mail address or customer number and password, you may update your account with your new e-mail address.

If you renew online, you will save $10 off your handling fee, but only if you renew by Wednesday, March 18, 2015.

PAYMENT INFORMATION (Renewals and New Customers)
You may order your tickets online, by phone, or mail your renewal form with appropriate payment to the Panthers Ticket Office. Payment can be made by check (made out to the University of Pittsburgh), cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. University of Pittsburgh faculty and staff and UPMC employees may qualify for the payroll deduction plan. To register for payroll deduction, please contact the Panthers Ticket Office.

NEW THIS SEASON: PAYMENT PLANS

THE PANTHER CLUB
The Panthers Ticket Office uses the Panther Club priority points system to assign all seating and parking for Panthers athletics. Currently, any donor who has contributed a minimum of $100 to the Panther Club Athletic Scholarship Fund in a fiscal year is considered an active member in that year. Panther Club members must contribute each fiscal year to keep their membership and points active. GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION

ADDRESS CHANGE:
Fans are responsible for updating their addresses with the Panthers Ticket Office. Please submit changes in writing on your application, in a separate letter, online by clicking 'Manage My Account' above, or by emailing tickets@athletics.pitt.edu. Please make changes prior to June 20, 2015.

MAILING OF TICKETS:
Season tickets will be mailed near the middle of August 2015, via UPS ground delivery. Home single game tickets, including mini packages, will be mailed in conjunction with season tickets.

ADMISSION POLICY:
Children younger than 1 do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap. Children 1 year of age or older are required to have a ticket.

REFUNDS:
Refunds or exchanges are not granted unless an order is not filled through no fault of the purchaser. Note that, for example, refunds may not be made due to a game time or date change.

DISABILITY INFORMATION:
Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available at all levels of Heinz Field, and fans with disabilities have an equal opportunity to purchase tickets for accessible seating. For more information on accessibility issues, please see the Heinz Field Disabilities Guide available at the Panthers Ticket Office.

TICKETS FOR KIDS:
If you are interested in donating tickets to the Tickets for Kids charity, please you may do so via your My Account page at www.pittsburghpanthers.com/myaccount or by contacting the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-PITT (7488).

2015 Panther Club Priority Seating
Season ticket buyers in priority seating areas are required, as a condition of purchase, to contribute the designated annual per seat donation, in addition to the applicable ticket price, to the Panther Club by June 20, 2015.

Panther Club Priority Seating Club Club: $500 per seat
panther club priority seating south club South Club: $125 per seat
Panther Club Priority Club (205,206,215,216,229,230,239,240): $250 per seat
Panther Club Priority North Club (North End Zone): $250 per seat
Panther Club Priority Panther Gold: $100 per seat
Panther Club Priority Panther Blue: $75 per seat
Panther Club Priority Panther Red: $50 per seat

NEW AND ADDITIONAL SEASON TICKETS
New and/or additional season tickets may be ordered online at www.pittsburghpanthers.com/tickets, by calling the Panthers Ticket Office, on your renewal invoice, or by visiting the Panthers Ticket Office. Payment is required when you place your new order. If your order is for seats in a priority section, the per seat contribution is also required, at the time of purchase, to process your order and reserve your seats. All new and additional seat requests are filled by order date.

PITT AND UPMC FACULTY AND STAFF
Those who are employed by the University of Pittsburgh and/or UPMC at the time of purchase, are eligible to receive a 20% discount on all 2015 home football season tickets and are eligible for a payroll deduction plan. Designated per seat contributions to the Panther Club Athletic Scholarship Fund are required in timely fashion, without a discount, when applicable. The legitimacy of your employment status, as deemed by the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, will be checked upon purchase. To realize your Pitt/UPMC Faculty and Staff discount and/or to register for payroll deduction, please contact the Panthers Ticket Office by calling 1-800-643-PITT (7488).

PITT RETIREE TICKETS
Those who are retired employees from the University of Pittsburgh, solely as determined by the University of Pittsburgh, at the time of purchase, are eligible to receive a 20% discount on all 2015 home football season tickets. Designated per seat contributions to the Panther Club Athletic Scholarship Fund are required in timely fashion, without a discount, when applicable. The legitimacy of your retiree status, as deemed by the University of Pittsburgh, will be checked upon purchase. To realize your Pitt retiree discount, please contact the Panthers Ticket Office by calling 1-800-643-PITT (7488).

GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL STUDENTS
University of Pittsburgh graduate and professional school students enrolled during the 2015 Fall Term are eligible to purchase graduate and professional student season tickets for the 2015 Pitt football season. Eligible students have three options for purchasing graduate and professional student season tickets, subject to availability.
  1. A limited number of tickets in the North Club of Heinz Field for a price of $135 per ticket (maximum of two).
  2. A limited number of tickets in non-club seats (in sections with no requisite per seat donation) for $100 per ticket (maximum of two).
  3. A limited number of tickets located in the general admission student sections (123-130, 224-228, 528-531) for $25 per ticket (maximum of one).

Please note students may only select one of the above options, and no combination. Further, students are subject to all applicable eligibility and processing requirements. Eligible students must purchase the above mentioned tickets by completing the graduate and professional school student ticket order form, or by visiting the Panthers Ticket Office.

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT TICKETS
University of Pittsburgh undergraduate students enrolled during the 2015 Fall Term are eligible to purchase undergraduate student season tickets for the 2015 Pitt football season, subject to availability and all applicable eligibility requirements. Undergraduate student season tickets are $25 each, located in the general admission student section, and there is a limit of one season ticket per student. Information will be sent directly to eligible students when tickets are available for purchase.

CORPORATE TICKET PACKAGES
Corporate ticket packages for the 2015 football season are available by calling the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-PITT (7488).

MINI PACKAGES
Subject to availability, fans are able to purchase three-game mini packages in certain locations of Heinz Field for the 2015 football season. Fans can select any three games they wish and the pricing will vary based on the games selected. The packages can be purchased online, over the phone or by visiting the Panthers Ticket Office.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS
The Panthers Ticket Office reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice, as it deems necessary.

SINGLE GAME TICKET INFORMATION
Subject to availability, non-club seat single game tickets for the 2015 Pitt football season can now be purchased online, over the phone or by visiting the Panthers Ticket Office.

Club seat season ticket holders for the 2015 Pitt football season are encouraged to request additional single game club seat tickets in advance of the season by calling the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-PITT (7488). Please include credit card payment information with your requests. If tickets are available, your credit card payment is required to process your request. The maximum number of additional single game club seat tickets per game may not exceed the total number of season club seat tickets you purchased for the 2015 season. If such tickets are available, timely requests will be considered and seats assigned based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2015.

2015 FOOTBALL AWAY GAME TICKETS
We encourage football season ticket holders and Panther Club members to request away game tickets in advance of the season. These requests will be considered, subject to availability.

Please include credit card payment information with your requests. If tickets are available, your credit card payment is required to process your request. The number of away game tickets available to you, if any, may be determined based on your fiscal year 2015 Panther Club membership level as of June 20, 2015. For Panther Club members, if such tickets are available, timely requests will be considered and seats assigned based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2015. After such requests from Panther Club members have been considered and seats assigned, if such tickets are available, timely requests from non-members will be considered and seats assigned by order date. The Panthers Ticket Office reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per customer and to apply other eligibility and processing requirements.

If available, away game ticket requests submitted by season ticket holders and Panther Club members will be processed before going on sale to the general public.
