2013 HOME, AWAY AND BCS BOWL SINGLE GAME TICKET INFORMATION
We encourage football season ticket holders to request additional home, away, and BCS Bowl single-game tickets in advance of the season. These requests will be considered, subject to availability.
Please include your credit card payment information with your requests. If tickets are available, your credit card payment is required to process your request. The number of single-game tickets available to you, if any, may be determined based on your fiscal year 2013 Panther Club membership level as of June 20, 2013. For Panther Club members, if such tickets are available, timely requests will be considered and seats assigned based on Panther Club priority point rank as of June 20, 2013. After such requests from Panther Club members have been considered and seats assigned, if such tickets are available, timely requests from non-members will be considered and seats assigned by order date. The Panthers Ticket Office reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per customer and to apply other eligibility and processing requirements.
Further, 2013 Pitt football club seat season ticket holders may be able to purchase additional Pitt home single-game club seat tickets. The maximum number of additional single-game club seat tickets per game may not exceed the total number of season club seat tickets you purchased. If you are not a club season ticket holder and would like to request single-game tickets in the North Club, you must call the Panthers Ticket Office during the week of the game.
If available, home, away and BCS Bowl single-game ticket requests submitted by season ticket holders will be processed before going on sale to the general public. Single-game tickets for the Panthers first home game will go on sale mid to late August. Single-game tickets for all remaining home games will go on sale after the first home game.

FOOTBALL POLICIES
TICKET REPRINT REQUESTS:
Season ticket holders that misplace their full season tickets package and request their season tickets be reprinted should please consider the following:
1.) The original season tickets will be voided and the reprinted tickets will become the valid tickets for the seats. 2.) Payment information is required and the Panthers Ticket Office may process payment for ticket reprints.
Panthers fans that misplace an individual game ticket to a Pitt football home game and request that their tickets be reprinted should please consider:
1.) The original tickets will be voided and the reprinted tickets will become the valid tickets for the seats. 2.) Payment is required in full. If the reprint is processed online, there will be a fee of $4 per order. If the reprint is processed over the phone or in person, there will be a fee of $10 per order.
SEAT ASSIGNMENTS:
The Panthers Ticket Office reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice, as it deems necessary.
ADDRESS CHANGE:
Fans are responsible for updating their addresses with the Panthers Ticket Office. Please submit changes in writing on your application, in a separate letter, online at pittsburghpanthers.com/tickets by logging in to your account, or by emailing tickets@athletics.pitt.edu. Please make changes prior to June 20, 2013.
MAILING OF TICKETS:
Season tickets will be mailed approximately August 7, 2013, via first-class mail. Single home and away game and BCS Bowl tickets will be mailed no later than seven days before the game.
ADMISSION POLICY:
All fans must have a ticket to enter Heinz Field. Children younger than 2 do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap. Children 2 years of age or older are required to have a ticket.
REFUNDS:
Refunds or exchanges are not granted unless an order is not filled through no fault of the purchaser. Note that, for example, refunds may not be made due to a game time or date change.
DISABILITY INFORMATION:
Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available at all levels of Heinz Field, and fans with disabilities have an equal opportunity to purchase tickets for accessible seating.
