MEN'S BASKETBALL: STUDENT TICKET DISTRIBUTION POLICIES
Ticket Registration Period:2 Days
Students have two days to register for a ticket to each home game.
If ticket requests are fewer than tickets available, all registered students are awarded tickets via email.
If ticket request exceeds tickets available, tickets are awarded via a loyalty distribution.
Students have entries in the loyalty distribution equal to the number of Loyalty Points earned from attending previous games.
Students who are not awarded a ticket in the loyalty distribution are placed on the waiting list.
Ticket Claim Period:2 Days
Students have two days to claim their awarded ticket online by purchasing and printing the ticket at home.
When loyalty distribution occurs, any tickets that are not claimed during the two day claim period are awarded a second loyalty distribution to students on the waiting list. Those students have one day to claim their ticket.
Ticket Print-On-Demand:Until all tickets are distributed
Students may purchase tickets "on-demand" as long as tickets remain available (even if they forgot to register during the initial two day registration period).
When no loyalty distribution occurs, students can purchase on-demand tickets at the start of the initial claim period.
When a loyalty distribution occurs, the purchase of on-demand tickets will follow the student distribution schedule (if tickets remain available).
Loyalty Points Earned For Attendance:Game Day
Students earn Loyalty Points by attending games, but lose Loyalty Points for failing to attend games for which they claim a ticket (being a "no show").
Students must bring their printed ticket and PITT ID to the student entrance for admission on game day.
The name on your PITT ID must match the name on your printed ticket.
Students who claim a ticket but decide not to attend a game must cancel their ticket by noon two days prior to game day to avoid losing Loyalty Points (see Ticket Policy for complete details on canceling your ticket).
Log in to my.pitt.edu account using your University of Pittsburgh username and password.
Once logged in click on the "Athletics Login" link located on the right side of the page.
You will then be logged in to your personal online student ticketing account.

$2 Exhibition Games | $5 Regular Season Games
STUDENTS HAVE SECURE, PERSONAL ACCOUNTS FROM WHICH TO:
Manage their account information,
Track their attendance history,
View their Loyalty Point total (see Ticket Policy for complete details on Loyalty Points),
Purchase, claim, and print their ticket, and
Cancel a previously claimed ticket
PITT WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TICKETS:Schedule
Admission to all Pitt Women's Basketball games is FREE with your Pitt Student ID! Earn 2 Loyalty Points at every Pitt Women's home game this season. Four loyalty points will be given for the following games:
Nov. 18 vs. Loyola
Dec. 7 vs. Georgetown
Jan. 21 vs. West Virginia
Feb. 21 vs. Connecticut
Feb. 25 vs. Seton Hall
Student Tickets will be scanned & Loyalty Points will be rewarded beginning in the second half.
TICKET CANCELLATION:
The deadline to cancel a claimed student ticket without penalty is 12:00 noon two days prior to game day. Cancellation after this deadline, or failure to attend the game without cancelling a claimed ticket will result in the loss of one Loyalty Point.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for cancelled tickets once they have been purchased.

4 Students may register for tickets from 12:00 AM on the first day through 11:59 PM on the second day. 5 The first loyalty distribution runs at midnight and students are notified via e-mail whether or not they have been awarded a ticket. 6 Students who register and are awarded tickets must claim tickets between 3:00 AM on the first day and 11:59 PM on the second day. 7 The second loyalty distribution runs at midnight to distribute any unclaimed tickets to students who registered but did not receive tickets in the first loyalty distribution.
Students are notified via e-mail whether or not they have been awarded a ticket. 8 Students who registered for tickets and are awarded tickets in the second loyalty distribution must claim tickets between 3:00 AM and 11:59 PM. 9 Students must purchase on-demand tickets at the Panthers Ticket Office located in the Petersen Events Center while supplies last or until 12:00 noon. Once tickets have reached on-demand, they cannot be purchused online.
*To attend the Consol Energy Game, students must bring in the printout of their ticket they claimed during the loyalty distrubition period to the Panthers Ticket Office in exchange for a valid ticket.
*To gain admission at the Consol Energy Center, students must bring their student ID and valid ticket to the designated student entrance
